We do not use Google Analytics, tracking pixels or any third-party analytics tools on our website.

  • Email - enquiries and client communications are stored in our email system

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Enquiries that don't convert to clients - we will retain your data for up to 12 months and then delete it
  • Client data - we retain data for the duration of our working relationship and for up to 3 years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes
  • Booking data - retained in line with Calendly's own data retention policy

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access - you can request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification - you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure - you can ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances
